Job Description, Responsibilities, and Duties
Following comprehensive training at our SOS Academy, you will manage an existing 7-member sales team dedicated to selling electronic components in German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing, growing, and developing your sales team and its performance,
- Creating and implementing strategic goals and operational plans for the company,
- Successfully closing deals,
- Identifying new business opportunities,
- Connecting top salespeople with the latest in e-commerce,
- Improving processes and implementing the latest innovative tools.
The goal of your work will be a successful team with growing sales results and satisfied customers.
