Note for Z-Box: If your package exceeds the dimensions of 45 x 36 x 61 cm and the weight of 5 kg, it will be redirected to the nearest Packeta pick-up point. You will then receive a notification from Packeta regarding this change and the updated pick-up location.
The fee does not apply for additional orders, i.e., if there is an existing pending order with us.
If all items are in stock, we will dispatch them no later than the next business day after receiving your order. Orders placed by 1:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email notification from us. By logging into our Online Shop, you can track the delivery status of your package in the “Dispatched Packages” section.
