The TSR 2N (2A) and TSR 3N (3A) are step-down switching regulators designed as drop-in replacements for TO-220 linear regulators. Housed in a compact SIP-3 plastic package complementing our new generation of POL converters, they offer a cost-efficient design with improved electrical performance. Output voltages range from 1,2 to 15 VDC, with full load operation up to +95 °C (at nominal Vin) without a heat sink or forced cooling. Features include short circuit protection, current limitation, and under-voltage lockout. Ideal for high-volume projects, they help reduce production costs while ensuring reliability.
