New generation oscilloscope MXO 4 by Rohde & Schwarz
The digital MXO 4 oscilloscope by Rohde & Schwarz (R&S) is the first of a new generation of oscilloscopes that excels in both performance and value. This oscilloscope is significantly different from common similar measuring instruments on the market at first glance, as the front panel is dominated by a large, 13.3" Full HD capacitive touch screen. Thanks to its compact design, it does not take up much space on the desk and can also be practically mounted on a stand with a VESA holder.
10 reasons why you should choose the R&S MXO 4 oscilloscope:
- The world's first oscilloscope with an update rate exceeding 4.5 M waveforms per second
- Industry leading 12-bit ADC at all sample rates
- Industry best 18-bit architecture
- Fastest and most accurate spectrum analysis in its class
- Industry’s biggest standard memory – 400 M points per channel
- Industry’s fastest trigger rearm time of 21 ns
- First oscilloscope in its class to incorporate new digital triggering technology
- Industry’s most sensitive trigger of 1/10 000 div
- The best „trigger jitter“ in its class < 1 ps
- First oscilloscope with dual-path protocol analysis
"The R&S MXO 4 digital oscilloscope is a class above similar oscilloscopes in the same category. Thanks to the high-quality large display and intuitive user interface with the so-called learning curve of less than 15 minutes, it is a really powerful measuring device for various types of measurements," says Martin Brestovič, product specialist from SOS electronic.
If we compare the MXO 4 oscilloscope with other series of desktop oscilloscopes from the manufacturer Rohde & Schwarz, we can say that it is somewhere between the series of oscilloscopes RTM3000 and RTE1000. However, it also features some functions that we can usually see in much more expensive types of oscilloscopes, which makes it interesting from the point of view of value for money.
"The Rohde & Schwarz MXO 4 digital oscilloscope makes it possible to detect even very little irregularities in the measured signal or to analyse and check even the finest details of the measured signal," adds Martin Brestovič.
As we are used to with measuring devices from the manufacturer Rohde & Schwarz, the MXO 4 oscilloscope is also available in several variants and bandwidths. From the basic 200 Mhz through 1.0 GHz up to 1.5 GHz, with various SW options, digital probes (MSO function), analysis of various communication interfaces and the like.
We have included the 4-channel digital MXO 4 (1335.5050.04) oscilloscope from Rohde & Schwarz in the portfolio of our measuring devices. And in case of serious interest, after agreement with your sales representative, we can demonstrate and provide you with a demo device for a trial.
Main features of MXO 4 oscilloscope by Rohde & Schwarz:
