The new RFM300H/RFM300 modules from HOPERF are based on the high performance CMOSTEK NextGenRF™ CMT2300 chip. They operate at 433/868/915MHz ISM bands, they have a high receiver sensitivity (–120dBm) coupled with +20dBm (RFM300H)/+13dBm (RFM300) output power ensures extended range and improved link performance.
The transfer speed can reach up to 300kbps@FSK and 40kbps@OOK, while module consumption stays at a very low value. The specialty of these modules is that there are 3 different types of modulations available in one chip, giving designers high flexibility in finding an optimal balance between transmission speed, reach and power consumption.
