Even though we belong to distributors with the lowest error rate on the market, we want to make any possible complaints as easy as possible for you. And from now on you can monitor the status of your claim on-line.

We strongly care about quality

We select only proven manufacturers into the assortment, where we can guarantee the required quality. Goods are delivered in appropriate packaging so that their quality is not decreased due to transport. Double final check ranks us among distributors with the lowest packaging error rate.

Nevertheless...

You know that... Mistakes happen when you work actively. We try to minimize their occurrence and learn from each of these situations while taking corrective action. However, it still may happen that the goods will not work, they come damaged or you will not receive the product you ordered. In this case, be sure to use our online module and submitting and resolving claims will be much easier and faster.

Process of raising a claim

After logging into the e-shop, select the "RMA" section in your user menu and hit "New claim". After completing the form and submitting it, you will receive an email with an assigned RMA number and instructions on how to proceed.

What is going to happen next?

We will receive the claimed goods, review them and decide what to do next. In the case of a more serious problem, we send the goods directly to the manufacturer. In any case, you will be notified by email whenever your claim status changes.

  • The system will automatically find your invoices containing these goods
  • After submitting the form, you will receive information on how to deliver the claimed goods to us
