Simply said - alloy ALPHA SACX PlusTM 0307 from company Alpha-Alent enables to replace solders with a high silver content like for example SAC305 with excellent results at significant cost savings.
At the same time, the "Telecore HF 850" flux represents a modern halogen-/halide-free flux (ROL0), which gives to given alloy top-class processing features, very fast wetting and very low spatter. Low fumes and hard transparent (non-tacky) residues („No-clean“) are further benefits.
Combination of a modern alloy and a flux created a top-class soldering material, which will very probably meet your requirements. Resulting great look of joints also makes a visual inspection easier.

Why HF850 in a version of SACX Plus 0307:
● Wetting and hole filling – thanks to its composition (alloy and flux) are on a top level
● Reliability – thermal fatigue resistance – perhaps the most important parameter for a practical usage of final product. Resistance of SACX Plus 0307 against thermal fatigue (thermal cycles and shocks -40...+125´C) is fully comparable with SAC305 solders.
● Copper erosion – a less known feature, which is however very important at soldering of very thin wires, thin copper tracks on PCB,… A longer (or repated) soldering at selective soldering or rework can lead to “melting” of a thin copper wire in a solder. In this aspect, the SACX Plus 0307 is very gentle (much better than SAC305). SACX Plus 0307 is a further generation of original SACX Plus alloy right with a goal to further minimize copper erosion.
