The Quectel EG916Q-GL LTE Cat 1 bis module is specially optimized for M2M and IoT applications. It utilizes LTE 3GPPRel-14 technology and provides maximum data transfer speeds of up to 10 Mb/s downlink and 5 Mb/s uplink. Designed in a compact and unified form factor, it is compatible with Quectel's LPWA series BG95 and BG96 modules, as well as the LTE Standard series EG91, EG95, and EG915Q-NA modules.

With a wide range of internet protocols, standard industrial interfaces, rich features, and USB serial drivers for Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11, Linux, and Android, the module's usability is extended across a broad spectrum of M2M and IoT applications. These include asset management, commercial telematics, payments, RMAC (remote monitoring and control applications), smart security and automation, smart metering, and smart networks.
