The Hammond 1554 and 1555 series of industrial boxes with IP68 (polycarbonate) and IP66 (ABS) protection are popular thanks to their excellent properties and a wide range of sizes.
As today's electronics are getting smaller and smaller, and various control units and control panels are often wall-mounted, Hammond has decided to launch other versions of the enclosures with a reduced height (so-called Slim). And thanks to this, your devices can look even more elegant than before.

Each size is available in ABS with smooth and "styled" lids and polycarbonate (PC) with smooth, styled, transparent and translucent smoked lids, creating 18 new models.
Three new sizes of Hammond enclosures with reduced height:
- 1554 and 1555 JL: 160 x 89 x 46mm, 15mm lower than previously available models
- 1554 and 1555 HL: 180 x 119 x 46mm, 15mm lower than yet available models
- 1554 and 1555 VA: 239 x 160 x 60mm, 15mm lower than yet available models
