New Generation of 2 in 1 I/O Edge Gateway by USR IoT

I/O edge gateway USR-M100 is an intelligent gateway that incorporates edge computing power. It can collect Modbus data within milliseconds and immediately upload them to common MQTT platforms like AWS, ThingsBoard, or PUSR Cloud, enabling remote and real-time data monitoring. It also provides high flexibility and expandability through additional modules. The local I/O state processing feature allows for automatic control even in offline mode.

USR-M100 – converter and PLC in one solution

The I/O edge gateway USR-M100 features a unique mechanical design that reduces the time required for installation and operation, simplifying deployment and maintenance. In addition, it supports the Modbus RTU Master protocol for data acquisition from serial meters and also supports OT/IT protocol conversion.

Thanks to its ability to convert between multiple protocols, the USR-M100 can convert collected I/O and serial data into protocols suitable for various higher-level software. For example, cloud services via MQTT, SCADA via Modbus TCP, web servers via HTTP, and more. 

The 2-in-1 design reduces system complexity, the amount of space required in network topology, and overall installation time. Users can also connect their older devices to the Ethernet network, extending the lifespan of their devices because they can continue to use the original device protocols.
