TME, TMA, TMV series – output power 1W
The most common converters in SIP package, isolated 1W DC/DC converter modules with single or dual output. I/O isolation voltage is 1000V. Input voltage is 5,12,15 and 24VDC. Output voltage is non-regulated and load regulation is /- 10%. Typical efficiency of these converters is 80%. Operating temperature range is from -40 to 85°C (TME series up to 80°C). TME series is encapsulated in smaller package – only single output, TMA series is also with dual output. TMV series is able to withstand higher I/O isolation voltage up to 3000V.
