Recruitment and adaptation process

Recruitment process


At SOS electronic, we select people honestly and carefully. During the recruitment process, you will go through four rounds. If you are interested, read about them.

1. HR interview

An interview with a recruiter, who will introduce you to the company and the job position you are applying for, will discuss your work experience and requirements for the given job position.

2. Managerial interview

An interview with the manager of the relevant department, who will provide you with more information about the job position and job description

3. Practical exam

You will spend one working day directly in the given department, during which you will be able to get to know the operation of the department more closely and practically test your knowledge and skills. At the same time, we will have the opportunity to get to know you better.

4. Signing the employment contract

If you evaluate that the offered job position is ideal for you and at the same time, we come to the conclusion that you are the right one for us, we will sign an employment contract with you.

Adaptation process


The employee adaptation process also has four main phases in our company. After signing the employment contract, we will welcome you and help you fit in at SOS electronic.

1. Initial adaptation

In this phase, we will provide you with personal training and familiarize you with the company culture. At the very beginning, you will receive your “buddy”, i.e. a colleague, who will willingly accompany you and help you with your work duties during the first weeks with us.

2. Training

In the first working weeks, you will get to know the company's portfolio, the company's activities, suppliers, customers, business partners and the scope of your work.

3. Inclusion in the work team

You will meet colleagues. That way, you'll know who to turn to in case of need and who to run to for lunch :)

4. Evaluation of the adaptation process

After the trial period, we will evaluate your adaptation process together. How did you become familiar with the company's values? Do your colleagues accept you? Can you handle your workload? Did you somehow contribute to the fulfilment of company goals? All this will be reflected in the final evaluation and we believe that you will manage it 100%.
