Regulátor otáčok bežných ventilátorov napájaných jednosmerným napätím 12V. Regulátor podľa teploty okolia zníži napájacie napätie ventilátora a tým aj otáčky, čím zníži hlučnosť i spotrebu, zároveň to má kladný vplyv na životnosť ventilátora. Ako senzor je použitý termistor NTC. Regulátor, pri teplote 20°C, obmedzí výstupné napätie na hodnotu 5,5V. Pri teplote 45°C už výstupné napätie prakticky nie je obmedzené (je len znížené o úbytok na samotnom regulátore o 0,6V). Maximálny odoberaný prúd je 400mA. Rozmery dosky plošných spojov sú 10 x 24 mm.
