General Terms and Conditions

1.This voucher entitles the holder to a return, economy flight to the USA or to an European destinations:
Boston, Washington, New York, Paris, Brussles, Rome, Venice, Madrid, Barcelona, London, Milan, Dortmund and Frankfurt
from one of the following Departure airports:
Prague, Vienna, Warsaw, Bucharest, Budapest, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Berlin.
The voucher entitles the holder to a return economy flight excluding all airport taxes and any applicable supplements as charged by the airline. These taxes and charges will need to be paid by each passenger.
2. A second passenger may travel with the voucher holder for a rate of 179€ return to a chosen US destination and from 79€ to an European Destination (plus airport taxes and any applicable supplements). This includes a return economy flight to the same destination. Further passengers will pay the standard airfare that applies at the time of booking (plus airport taxes and any applicable supplements).
3.This offer does not include transfers, meals, drinks or any other extras. All additional demanded services and products are payable by the voucher holder directly to the relevant airline or service provider. The promoter, freshrewards and Urlaubsplus GmbH can´t be held responsible for any dispute between the voucher holder and the airline, hotel or other service providers. Any disputes have to be settled between the voucher holder and the third party direct.
4. This voucher does not represent an entitlement to travel on a specific route or on a specific date. This offer is not valid for travel during Christmas, New Year or Bank Holiday periods. Other date exclusions may apply depending on the destination chosen and the time of travel. Special events, trade fairs and local holidays may limit flight availability during certain periods.
5. The departure airport will be determined by the destination city and not all airports listed offer direct flights to all destination cities. Depending on the chosen destination or travel period, the availability of the offer can be limited. This may occur especially during the school holiday period. The airline will be at the discretion of Urlaubsplus GmbH.
6. The flight offer is subject to availability. Once a flight offer has been made, you must confirm acceptance immediately. Flights cannot be held on your behalf. Regional departures which are not stated in point 1. may be available at a supplement. Airport taxes, supplements, visa fees and insurance (if required) are excluded and, where applicable, are payable on confirmation of the booking with Urlaubsplus GmbH. All and any non compliance with this rule may result in the parties concerned losing their entitlement to travel. In cases such as this any tickets already paid for will be refunded in compliance with the terms and conditions and regulations of the airline provider. Any indemnity claims arising from this promotional offer must comply with existing German laws.
7. Only one voucher may be used per household and per booking and per flight.
8. There is no cash alternative to this offer.
9. No cancellations or amendments are possible after confirmation of your booking.
10. The promoter, Freshrewards and Urlaubsplus GmbH cannot be held responsible for any alterations to flight schedules, routes, destinations and airlines and we reserve the right to use alternative suppliers. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer without notice in the event of war, earthquake, catastrophe, terrorist activity or similar event.
11. You can apply for your offer through www.freshflights.eu using your unique code or by using your printed voucher. A minimum of 30 days advance notice before travel is required. The lead name on the booking must be aged at least 18. The booking may require a Saturday night stay in your destination city and a maximum length of stay of one month applies.
12. All instructions within this voucher form part of the terms and conditions of the offer. The usual terms and conditions of special fare IATA tickets apply to any flight booking.
13. This voucher is not transferable and cannot be resold or given away. Only original applications and vouchers will be accepted and all applications, vouchers and forms must be completed legibly and correctly. Proof of posting isn't acceptable as proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or damaged application forms.
14. This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotion.
15. This voucher is valid until 31.12.09. All bookings and flights must be completed by this date. No reservations can be accepted for periods after this date. Flights can be taken, depending on the availability of flights, up to eleven months after the stated booking period. No bookings can be made for periods after this date.
16. The voucher holder agrees that his personal data as stated in the application form is used and saved, in compliant with the existing data protection law, for the fulfilment of the offer and related products, of freshrewards and Urlaubsplus GmbH.
